Responsibilities:
Close cooperation with World of Tanks PC Product group, global publishing team and regional marketing specialists to cater the regional audience with proper marketing communication and campaigns
Gather insights on the regional markets and audience to build communication strategy, test hypotises and acquire players effectively
Participate in the creation process of regional marketing assets (art, video, banners, landing pages, etc.)
Create marketing plans and participate in the budgeting process for the upcoming regional marketing efforts
Provide Global team with timely reports on the campaigns performance and improvement suggestions
Drive marketing RnD efforts in the region to find and develop new channels
Manage key regional partners for promotions, sponsorships and partnerships
Manage special projects of various kind and scale
Requirements:
5 years of relevant experience in gaming industry
Experience with PC titles, especially with F2P business model
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, SEO, SMM, RTB, OLV mechanics)
Analytical approach and ability to set correct tasks to analytics teams and interpret the output data
