As Leader of Sales & Consulting Leadership
-Manages the strategic focus on sales portfolio and direction of clients (industries, “patches”, mid market to fortune
100 penetration). Works collaboratively with the Business Strategy set by the Managing Director and the Marketing
leader to ensure we are targeting the right buyers based on this strategy.
-Advance our XL sales processes (prospects through best few) and account management strategies for client
executives and consulting leaders
-Accountable to enhance and grow our sales reporting and forecasting capabilities, while managing the pipeline
reporting of all clients from Client Execs and Consulting Leads
-Develop client feedback and satisfaction approaches to ensure XL has “net promoting” clients
As a Client Executive
- Responsible for the overall sales, revenue and delivery quality of a client or set of clients. Closes deals!
- Help determine the overall project approach and methodology that best suits the needs of the client
- Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients - manages client relationship with executives
- Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, billing and resource utilization with the practice and operations
coordinator.
- Lead proposal efforts including project approach, solution design, resource planning and cost estimation
- Provide oversight and client management and secure new opportunities within an existing account relationship
- Regular checkpoints with Consulting Lead (if applicable) to keep pulse on work, direction, strategy and overall
health
