As Leader of Consulting
-Leads consulting strategy, offerings, overall practice structure and consulting teams
-Determine, develop and deliver innovative strategies and tools to target new and current clients.
-Ensure consulting resources are leveraged effectively by coordinating with resource management team in delivery &
consulting operations.
-Requires leadership coordination and oversight of practice leaders.
-Develop solutions for complex client situations to ensure meeting of goals and objectives and deliver results on time.
-Engage with practice and methodology leaders in practice management such as tools, methodologies, people
development and proposals. Working with XL’s talent and practice leaders, develop and review staff performance
processes, such as mentoring, skill assessment and recruiting approaches.
As a Client Executive
- Responsible for the overall sales, revenue and delivery quality of a client or set of clients. Closes deals!
- Help determine the overall project approach and methodology that best suits the needs of the client
- Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients - manages client relationship with executives
- Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, billing and resource utilization with the practice and operations coordinator.
- Lead proposal efforts including project approach, solution design, resource planning and cost estimation
- Provide oversight and client management and secure new opportunities within an existing account relationship
- Regular checkpoints with Consulting Lead (if applicable) to keep pulse on work, direction, strategy and overall
health
