• Designs and Develops Proposals, Presentations, Brochures, Flyers, Posters and Newsletters to promote new business development in coordination with outside media company • Develops proposals according to RFP requirements and internal brand standards • Writes and develops various annual award submissions within the industry • Works directly with outside PR company to develop new media articles, company broker/client engagement campaigns, and external speaking engagements/sponsorships • Coordinates all photography and photo shoots for Architectural and Interior Design projects • Works directly with photographer on-site to photograph WHA completed spaces • Updates and maintains social media including posting on Instagram, LinkedIn and Company WordPress website • Coordinates internal and external events for office in collaboration with events committee • Actively participates in industry-related and marketing-related events outside of work
