- Diversified Infrastructure Equity - Fundraising: Supporting the fundraising efforts for new BlackRock Core+ and Core 2.0 Infrastructure Funds - Track record of winning many tickets (+/-$100mln) and a single $1 billion investment opportunity alongside Managing Directors, Directors, and VPs - Completing and drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for institutional investors (pensions, sovereign wealth funds, insurance, endowments, foundations, etc.) in BlackRock Global Infrastructure Fund IV ($7.5 billion target energy transition focused), Evergreen Infrastructure Partners, and BlackRock Middle East Infrastructure Fund (BMIF, $2 billion target focused on GCC countries) in a fast-paced environment - Ensuring internal coordination with the Investment, Portfolio Management, Global Consultant Relationship, Client Services, Accounting Teams, and Relationship Managers covering different Consultant groups across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia - Creating, updating, and compliance approval of quarterly fund reports and marketing decks (Intro Deck, Fact Sheet, Track Record, ILPA, PPM - Realizing business intelligence on the different competitors and managing data entry into the CRM system for fundraising purposes - Managing the Intralinks platform by providing data room access to investors to access marketing materials for current strategies and fundraising - Submitting data room contracts for business approval and managing vendor management contracts with Intralinks for a data room opening - Financial Reporting: BlackRock Global Infrastructure Funds "BGIF - Producing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual fund-level and bespoke client reporting for Global Energy & Power Infrastructure Funds I - II, and III, and BlackRock Global Infrastructure Fund IV (including ESG reporting) totalizing $13+ billion of AUM + $2.5bn of co-investments - Providing long-term cash flow projections in $ millions (including capital calls and distributions) to current and prospective LPs - Completing ad-hoc requests and ensuring communication and follow-ups with clients daily to provide best-in-class client experience to fund investors - Project Management and Leadership: Led the outsourcing of reports for the Infrastructure business to an Indian-based company, trained external partners
