• Researched the ServiceNow tool to comprehend the platform and the organization’s usability; applied it to user stories where requirements were outlined. • Analyzed requirements, identified opportunities for optimization, and successfully tested solutions for sub-modules of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Cyber security Reliability Engineering; used by 0.2 million+ users with a 90% satisfaction rate. • Improved a part of GRC module using different tools by ServiceNow development instance and their behaviors by utilizing form layout, flow designer editor, client scripts, ACLs and UI Policies within the Platform; 70% of the build was com-pleted. • Configured, developed, and unit tested the acceptance criteria in user stories which provides a general explanation from end-user perspective within ServiceNow and deployed to production for users with minor errors. • Managed project documentation, providing guidance to stakeholders including administrators, users and testers. • Delegated tasks to the teammates, leading to 95% on time project completion rate. • Investigated and fixed 21+ bugs within the GRC module to ensure the proper functioning of client requirements.
