● Managed administrative support of technical partnership advancements between PHSI and the CDC federal government agency grant-funded programmatic services for the implementation of public health activities. ● Collaborated strategic approaches for 2 program analysis evaluations, 3 cohort surveys, and internal performance advisories on programmatic activities with the CDC's Office of Minority Health (OMH). ● Lead recruiter and co-advisor on hybrid work strategy and mentorship initiatives to enable recruitment across 5 states. ● Produced, prepared, and distributed correspondence reports, narrative memos, fact sheets, and application forms to 30+ key stakeholders in the areas of capacity building. ● Lead manager of programmatic activities encompassing design, development, and implementation of educational training and software licensing (SAS, SPSS, Qualtrics). ● Program offer acceptance rate for 2024 was 20%. PHSI designs, develops, and delivers educational training to diversify the public health workforce in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), with $700K in funding. Reason for leaving: end of program grant cycle.
