Managed administrative support of technical partnership advancements between the Public Health Sciences Institute and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) federal government agency grant funded programmatic services for the implementation of public health activities. Collaborated strategic approaches for 2 program analysis evaluations, 3 cohort surveys, and internal performance advisories with staff annotations from data calls, aimed at improving metrics and training while ensuring compliance with established procedures and departmental policies for continuous improvement in the management and implementation of public health activities as ​​required by the CDC's Office of Minority Health (OMH). Produced, prepared, and distributed correspondence reports, narrative memos, fact sheets, and application forms to 30+ key stakeholders in the areas of public health capacity building (community health organizations, academic research conferences, educational institutions, and corporate agencies) taking full ownership of relationship management to sustain operational continuity for effective implementation of scrum projects and pivotal tasks. Assisted data quality analytics, presentations of programmatic reports, provided support in budget functions involving the preparation of budget and contract documents for the procurement of supplies in alignment with applicable federal data system to support programmatic initiatives. Implemented special projects supporting executive leadership with technical work plans and logistical requisitions while maintaining departmental Sharepoint channels.
