• • Currently conducting research, and studying service pattern for a new location. • • Maximize efficiency of administrative process by 5% with in a six month period. • • Approve purchase request, and purchase stationaries and any other purchase required for all six location in the region. • • Responsible for cash report and Daily deposits for two locations. • • Prepares monthly expense report ensuring that all charges are accounted for. • • Approves vacations and any other paid time off for all five location for both technician and supervisors. • • Analyze member satisfaction report to improve our overall satisfaction scores across each location. • • Conducts new hire interviews and quarterly performance evaluation and set and develops improvement plan. • • Responsible for payroll for all technician and supervisors in two locations. • • Create and analyze forecast and statistic to ensure that we have enough technician to service our member on a daily basis. •
