- Manage the growth, development, and training of a team of 70+ educators located throughout the United States, while continuing to recruit and onboard new members of the network annually
- Evaluate technical skills, presentation skills, and product knowledge of each individual within a division, against benchmarks and standards while planning and coordinating the technical development and competency of each member of the Pureology Artist Network
- Manage the daily needs of individual artists including contracts, travel, and expense reimbursement as well as maintaining the education management system and roster
- Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of 500+ annual in-Salon Centric-store and 600+ in-salon education classes, workshops, and promotions while identifying the needs of new and on-going programs through the U.S
- Work in partnership with the U.S. and Global Marketing and Sales teams to design and promote new product training in line with marketing strategies and company targets
- Work in partnership with the U.S. Marketing to create education, promotions, and gain competitor advantage in Local channels with companies like Ulta, Sephora, Amazon and Hair.com
- Work in partnership with the U.S. and Global Marketing and social teams to develop and support seasonal photo and video shoots with both stylist and customer facing content
- Work in partnership with U.S. Marketing and Sales teams to create a brand loyalty rewards program, including complementary education, business building opportunities, discounted fixtures and back bar rewards
- Create programs that help Pureology to gain competitor advantage by enhancing product knowledge and brand cohesiveness
- Plan and manage the brands participation in industry trade shows such as America's Beauty Show Chicago, Premiere Orlando and REDKEN Symposium
- Development of show specific content focused around annual trends and product launches or focuses
- Show management including planning and securing show floor and model room space, models, wardrobe, artist staffing, storage and distribution of branding, signage, product inventory in and out, as well as booth build and teardown with outside production team
- Assist global education departments within the brand to launch and implement the year's education offerings within their country's needs
- Manage an annual education department budget of $1.2M and individual field education budgets of $500k for US
