High level of success in integration of grant partners to improve work-force resiliency, person-centered care, emergency preparedness, employee health and safety, employee engagement, data-driven quality improvement, and leadership development - Initiated and co-lead a Personal Care Listening Tour to learn the individual needs of non-clinical communities providing long-term care.
