- Strategic Sourcing and Spending Analytics project with a budget of $1MM resulting in the implementation of a data analytics dashboard to connect Vendor Spend and Client Revenue for comprehensive decision-making. Project included the creation of an interactive visualization tool for users in Finance & Accounting to access data and construct reports. Managed an 8-member agile team consisting of Enterprise Data Warehouse, Enterprise Business Intelligence, and Quality Assurance. Work included the development of business processes to aggregate spend data from disparate payable systems and automation of data cleansing and reporting processes
- KPMG Front-Office Transformation (Salesforce) project with a budget of $8MM resulting in the expansion of commercial relationships through the transformation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Project included the translation between data domains within CRMs. Appointed Scrum Master to 3 data workstreams (Data Analysis, Data Architecture, and Enterprise Data Warehouse).
