- Recruited to build the US Data Strategy Program Management Organization (PMO) and establish baseline operational functionality for the newly created office of Chief Data Officer. Work included the development of business processes to aggregate spend data from disparate payable systems and automation of data cleansing and reporting processes - KPMG Front-Office Transformation (Salesforce) project with a budget of $8MM resulting in the expansion of commercial relationships through the transformation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Project included the translation between data domains within CRMs. Appointed Scrum Master to 3 data workstreams (Data Analysis, Data Architecture, and Enterprise Data Warehouse). Work included the creation of data inventories, data models, and data mapping specifications for 6 data domains identified by the Transformation Management Office
