    • Engage senior citizens in various forms of creative writing workshops and group discussion pertaining to our unit theme: Identity. • Constructed a culminating quilt with collaborated and site team efforts and presented (through multiple media including finished product, photo and video documentation and interviews to be showcased in The Kupferberg Center For the Arts (KCA) along with 105 other participating organizations. • Amended efforts of creative expression and sustained a safe space for seniors to voice their opinions • Facilitated writing workshops and Art Project Demo’s and supervised as work is progressing

Passion

What drives me most are the struggles of people around me, including my parents first and foremost. My immigrant parents knew little about the culture, language or being financially stable, and with four young children, they worked extremely hard to do their best for us. I get my drive from them.
