    • I have had the amazing opportunity to intern in this role for 2 summers now. This role is centered around furthering MSC's diversity and inclusion initative to over 6,000 associates at nearly 100 locations. This is done through D&I events (in person and virtual), an internal SharePoint site, D&I centered training, D&I communications, and lunch and learns.

Passion

I am extremely passionate about everything and anything diversity and inclusion related. Especially in the workplace, I feel all team members should be accepted and respected for who they are. Diversity strengthens a company and inclusion allows for team members to feel valued and appreciated.
