• Interface with various technology stakeholders to provide support governance framework for Release Management processes for a comprehensive cloud-based transportation management system (TMS) company. Ensure clear communication, alignment and resource optimization during the planning process for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and release execution. Extrapolate data, identify risks and provide suggestions to reduce risks and resolve Issues during Release Cycle. Key Accomplishments: ▪ Provide on-going support during the Release Management processes to help augment the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) implementation while ensuring compliance to the organizational policies and processes. ▪ Recommended and implemented continuous improvement of the release management processes, provided suggestions, feedback and best practices that has led to the optimization of processes and stakeholder efficiency. ▪ Utilized knowledge and skills in research and analytics to identify risks and potential challenges during release cycle; collaborated with Sr. Agile Project Managers / Agile Project Managers (APMs) to implement workable solutions that yielded significant results. ▪ Developed a strong understanding of Mastery Logistics’ systems integration and received complemented for effectively dealing with ambiguity and competing priorities within a fast paced and ever changing environment.
