• • Analyzes and assigns RFx opportunities and negotiations of prospective contracts • • Primary point of contact for all communications regarding the opportunities to the point of assignment or escalation • • Responsible for monitoring, regulating, and reporting on workload for the capture team • • Ensure that customers and vendor SLA’s are met based on business requirements • • Works closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy of data used for Customer ordering and billing.
