- As a Account executive, you call on and speak with small business owners across the country, consulting and advising on HomeAdvisor's marketing services and products
- High volume B2B inside sales cold calling. (400+ calls daily
- Drive new business acquisition - your pipeline and the entire sales cycle is in your hands
- Learning new sales techniques and help develop new and creative sales strategies
- Participate in weekly sales boot camps to learn from top earners and elevate your career
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
