Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a dedicated Toxicology General Supervisor to join the laboratory team at a busy and well established pain management clinic located in Palm Bay, FL. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead daily operations in a clinical toxicology lab that plays a vital role in supporting patient care through accurate and timely testing. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Position Overview:

Perform and supervise routine testing, quality control, calibration, maintenance, and proficiency testing in accordance with current laboratory procedures
Follow CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines as described in their respective guidelines
Responsible for providing day-to-day supervision of high complexity test performance
Provide technical oversight to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Review and approve test results, quality control data, and proficiency testing.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
Collaborate with the Laboratory Director to implement new procedures, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in internal audits and preparation for regulatory inspections.
Maintain proper documentation of all lab activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform other duties as directed

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology
4 years of laboratory training or experience, or both, in high complexity testing
Experience with Agilent 6400 series instruments and AI analyzers preferred
Previous experience with toxicology sample prep

Salary / Benefits / Shift:

Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:00PM
$30-40/hour
1 week of PTO
