WayUp’s employer partners can target the students whose educational profiles best match the role they’re looking for—including STEM talent. Overall, 37% of our sourceable users have “STEM” (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) majors.
Of STEM talent on WayUp’s userbase, 33% of these are Computer Science majors.
For context, 71% of WayUp’s users self-identify as Black, Hispanic, Mixed, or female. More specifically, 36% are Black, Hispanic, or Mixed, and 59% are female. And, in 2020, applicants who applied for tech positions from WayUp were (on average):
